By purchasing or using a Trip.com E-Gift Card, E-Gift Card Purchasers and Holders are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with the Trip.com Gift Card T&C, and warrant that they have capacity to enter into the Trip.com E-Gift Card T&C (including being at least the required age to have capacity in their country).3. When using Trip.com E-Gift Card, Trip.com’s General T&C will also apply.4. Trip.com E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.5.
