1. Vouchers are only valid for eating on the spot or taking home food and drinks at the agreed ISMAYA outlets and/or branch outlets.

2. Vouchers are not valid for online delivery.

3. Vouchers are only valid for one time use and must be used on or before the expiration date of the Voucher.

4. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money or products.

5. Vouchers do not apply to cigarette products.

6. Can use more than 1 (one) voucher in one transaction.

7. The number of Vouchers that are left or not used at the time of use cannot be exchanged for money, products or other vouchers and the remaining unused Vouchers will be forfeited automatically.

8. If the total purchase of a product exceeds the amount of the Voucher, the consumer is willing to pay for the remainder using other payment methods accepted at ISMAYA outlets.

9. Every Voucher that has been issued is final, so it cannot be exchanged or returned.

10.ISMAYA and/or ISMAYA outlets have the right to cancel Vouchers that have been issued, close consumer accounts (Ismaya members). and/or refuse payment with other alternatives if there is suspicion on the grounds that the Voucher has been used.

11. Outlets have the right to refuse Vouchers if there is an indication of fraud;

12. Not valid at ISMAYA franchise outlets (Djournal Coffee at Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Kitchenette Brasserie Medan, Tokyo Belly & The People’s Café Balikpapan, and Pizza e Birra Makassar) and all franchise outlets that will be established in the future.

13. Redeem Vouchers are carried out by the Cashier and in the Cashier Area. If the voucher is redeemed before arriving at the outlet without being done by the cashier, then the voucher is considered forfeited

14. Customers must show the E-Voucher before making a payment transaction

15. Gift voucher will be delivered in 6 – 7 working days.
