7. EGV is redeemable at www.bluestone.com and offline stores (www.bluestone.com/store.html).

8. Any unused balance on the EGV will not be refunded or credited.

9. This EGV can not be exchanged against cash

10. Bluestone will not replace or reimburse the value of your card if it’s lost, stolen, damaged or expired.

11. End customer is responsible if EGV is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

12. Accentiv shall not responsible for any misuse, theft, transfers etc. occurred after the delivery of the said EGC.

13. Gift card can be redeemed ONLY on Gold Coins, Silver coins and Solitaires and Preset Solitaires and Diamond Jewellery and Gemstone Jewellery. This gift card is not valid for redemption on Plain Gold & Silver Jewellery.

14. Bluestone may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, the changes will apply to any new Bluestone gift card. Any gift cards that you purchase are for personal, non-commercial use and enjoyment only. The same may be shared with family and friends, but may not be advertised, sold or used as promotional items by the purchaser or anyone else without Bluestone’s prior written consent.

15. All disputes, with respect to the products and services offered in this connection, are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.

16. Responsibility of Accentiv shall be limited only upto the delivery of e-Gift Voucher Code to the final customer.

17. Accentiv shall not be responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after delivery of the said e-Gift Voucher Code.
