I cannot send the top up
Gifto will automatically try to detect the country and mobile operator from the phone number provided. In the rare case that doesn’t happen, it could be one of the below scenarios:
-The mobile number you are trying to top-up may be invalid, not in service or blocked
-The format (country-operator-unique number) or code is incorrect. For e.g You may have added an extra zero or + or – or a spacing in the number by mistake.
-You have chosen the wrong operator or the wrong country.
Please verify numbers in advance and you won’t be charged should this happen.
