How to send a batch of top-ups or do it in bulk (many numbers)?

Batch Top-up feature allows you to send a top-up to multiple customers at the same time, in one batch.
Perhaps you want to reward or incentivise a group of customers, or you want to send the same top-up amount to multiple phone numbers, Batch Top-up allows you to do this by uploading a file (CSV) of numbers along with the amount each person will receive.
