How can I send top-up?

Clicking the send recharge icon allows you to send international top-up and to purchase PINs or vouchers. Let’s go through the process of sending an international top-up step by step.

1. Select the country that the top-up is being sent to.
2.Enter the phone number and click the arrow icon.
3.Confirm the relevant operator. Most cases Gifto will automatically detect it for you automatically.
4.Confirm the product type, sometimes there will be only one product type.
5.Enter the top-up amount.

You can then enter the Sender phone number if you want to send them a receipt via SMS (you can leave this blank if this is not required)

Click the “Buy Now” button or the “Review order summary” button

If you chose “Review the order summary” then when you are ready click “Send top-up now”.
You will then see the order confirmation.

If the top-up was successful you can print a receipt or send a receipt via SMS to the sender. if you entered their mobile number on the previous screen.

If the top-up failed for any reason you will see an error message explaining why it failed.
